Axxiom Elevator Nashville, the Nashville-market brand of Axxiom Elevator SouthEast, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, under the laws of Tennessee.
What you send us through the form. This site has one enquiry form. It is provided and hosted by GoHighLevel (also trading as LeadConnector) and embedded here inside a frame, which means what you type is submitted to GoHighLevel rather than stored on this website. It collects your contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your enquiry.
Campaign attribution. If you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) or a Google click identifier (gclid), the first such set your browser arrives with is saved in your browser’s local storage for 90 days and attached to a form submission if you make one. This tells us which advert or link brought you here. It is stored on your own device, not in a cookie, and you can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Automatic collection. Beyond the campaign attribution above, our call-tracking provider records which tracking number was shown to you and, if you call it, the call itself — including a recording and an automatic transcript. Otherwise the only information we hold is what you choose to give us directly, by form or phone.
We use what you send us only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the service you asked about. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Form submissions are processed by GoHighLevel, our customer-relationship and form provider, solely so that your message reaches us.
This site uses call tracking. CallRail loads on every page and replaces the phone number shown on the page with one of a small pool of tracking numbers, so that we can tell which advert or link a call came from. A tracking number connects to the same line as our published number. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising conversion tag and no session-recording tool on this site.
Calls are recorded. Inbound calls to a tracking number are recorded and automatically transcribed by CallRail. Callers hear a spoken notice to that effect before the call connects.

Measured expiry: 365 days and 30 minutes respectively.CallRail also stores values in your browser’s local storage on this site. You can remove all of it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
Loading a page on this site causes your browser to contact the following third parties, each of which necessarily sees your IP address in order to answer the request:

Inside that frame GoHighLevel loads further third parties of its own, which we neither control nor configure: a Facebook script (connect.facebook.net), Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) and Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). GoHighLevel also sets a __cf_bm cookie on its own domain. Pages without the form load none of these.
We do not currently show a cookie-consent banner.
